She is the cutest baby in the world. Really, she is. Matilda is my first Grandbaby. I got to be there in the room when Matilda was born, so she and I have a special connection. She can say Grandma now, kind of. Her mommy's first word was "Seven-eleven" and I am guessing we went there too often because her second word was "cookie".
Grandkids are the best. I miss Matilda, she lives too far away. I live in Poland and she lives in Kansas. This is not good. Kisses on skype are not the same as kisses in person.
Matilda likes kisses.

Matilda is so sweet and I love that name! Oh, Kansas is far away from you...thank goodness for Skype though...at least you have that. I agree that kissing pic is just precious.

Oh she looks like a little doll ~ which I'm sure she is. I couldn't imagine living so far apart from family; but I've been reading your blog and understand why.
Matilda is beautiful. Oh, my heart hurts for you having to give Grandma kisses over skype. Definitely not the same thing.

Oh Matilida is precious! What wonderful pictures. I was sad today because I miss my 3 1/2 yr old granddaughter and 8 mo grandson who live just 7 hours away! When I think of you in Poland and your granddaughter in Kansas, well I realize I shouldn't feel sorry for myself! I feel for you my dear! I agree that skype doesn't quite cut it when it comes to the hugs and kisses, but I am thankful for the technology.
I'm sure Matilda knows how very much her grandma loves her!
